Over the last two years, the 2002R has built itself up to be one of New Balance's most coveted silhouettes thanks to a handful of collaborations, material experimentations and the distinctive distressing of the 'Protection Pack' makeups.

Here, the sneaker forgoes all of the aforementioned as it sports a neutral grey makeup throughout the entirety of its mesh, suede and nubuck leather panelled upper, complete with hits of navy and gold. The ABZORB-cushioned midsole appears in an off-white finish, while N-ergy technology offers its shock absorption via a pitch black outsole.
